Clothes: Paige is wearing anything 24 Months -2T clothes. She LOVES picking out her outfits! Mom has to start with her shoes because she doesn't get you have to match the shoes to your outfit... Or is this a mommy problem??? She LOVES dresses and her cowboy boots!! She is definitely a girly girl!!
Teeth: Honestly I have lost count... She has a full set of teeth. I think we are missing a few molars but I have no idea. Paige went and visited Mommy's Dentist for the first time in February. She sat on my lap as they cleaned my teeth. She was not scared and seemed really into it. Then the dentist took a few pictures with his camera that linked to a TV above us... She thought that was so funny. He only took pictures of her front teeth... Hopefully next time she goes with me in August we can get some pictures of the inside of her mouth. Paige loves brushing and flossing her teeth!!!
Immunization: No shots this time but she had to have blood taken. She took the blood drawn from her little finger like a champ!! I was so proud of her... Daddy on the other hand had to walk out of the room because he didn't want to see his baby girl cry!!!
Doctor Visit: Dr. Sheth was very impressed with Paige! She said Paige is doing awesome and is advanced for her age! She is in the average for height. Paige did a good job performing all of her songs and abcs! She doesn't go back to see her untill her 3 year old appointment.
Eating Habits: Paige continues to have amazing eating habits. She loves her fruits and veggies still. Tomatoes, green beans and corn are her favorite!! She pretty much will eat anything. There really hasn't been much that I have found that she doesnt like. Chicken tends to be her favorite meat, however she always asks for a hamburger but only likes to eat the cheese off the meat and the bun! She will eat ground beef but sometimes it is a hit or miss. She also LOVES Kraft Macaroni & cheese. If you ask her what she wants for lunch or dinner, it always is Chicken, green beans and mac-n-cheese mom. She's too funny!!
Gross Motor Skills: This Girl is ALL OVER THE PLACE!!! I love it though! If I ask her to go put anything in her room... she runs to her room and throws everything in her hamper!! Yes, everything... bows, shoes, clothes, and books! Paige is running, kicking balls, jumping, twirling, you name it she's doing it all!! Her Gross motor skills are right where she needs to be!
Talking/Singing: Paige continues to have an amazing vocabulary. She loves talking. She speaks in 3 word sentences. Sometimes she stuns me when she talks. She listens very careful to what people say and uses words in the correct context. She is able to recite her ABCs, numbers 1-20, months of the year, and days of the week! She even knows the Pledge of Allegiance!!! She recited the Pledge of Allegiance to us on Valentine's Day, I will never forget it! She said the months of the Year 2 days before that!!! Paige's FAVORITE song is WANTED by Hunter Hayes. You should hear her sing this song.... its hilarious!!! Her other new favorite song is " She wore and itsy bitsy teeny weenie yellow polka dot bikini"!! She loves dancing to that song!
Personality: Paige continues to have such a funny personality!! She constantly has us laughing. She has started to have a little attitude! The terrible 2 are starting to kicking in that's for sure! One of her favorite things to do in the car in take her shoes off and put them on her hands. Then she will say... " Hello Mother" and I have to say " Hello Daughter".... She cracks me up...and she will ask " Mom, Can I say Hello Mother?" once I say yes then that's her cue to take her shoes off. She is a very independent little girl. She can put her clothes, socks and shoes on. There are times were she needs help but she does not like help!! She knows what she wants and she will ask for it!
Signing: I am so impressed and proud of her signing skills!!! She know about 50 words. She can sign all of her colors, some foods, every day words and is learning her ABCS. I am going to test her to see what she knows and post that at a later time... Test i know... I am kind of ridiculous!
Some of her Likes: Paige loves playing outside, going to the park, playing with her cousins, dress up, spending time with her Daddy, chalking, and reading are some of her favorite things to do.. She is really into Sophia the First, Mickey Mouse Club House, and Little Einsteins.
Some of her Dislikes: Ummm... I don't think there is anything that stands out in my mind that she doesn't like...That's a good thing and I hope that's a sign she will like lots of things!
