My 1st Mother's Day!!!

Today was an amazing day! Its amazing being a mom. The feeling is incredible! Its days like this that makes me miss my mom more and more.

We spent the morning at Tom's Farm with Tim, Marybeth, Matt, Brandi, Mike, Patrick and Conner. The weather was perfect... actually a tad bit cold. Patrick and Conner enjoyed a Pony Ride and the Giant Slide!

After Tom's Farm, I went and visited my Grandma, Aunts, Steph and Moe at Aunty Sandy's. Its always so much fun hanging out with them!  

Easter with the Daly's

Easter Sunday we spent our morning with the Daly's. Brandi cooked a delicious Breakfast!

Bill bought the boys squirt guns.... I think he had more fun playing with them then the boys...

Our first night home

Our first night home was pretty tough... Paige was up every 15 minutes. Daddy stayed up with her so Mommy could get some sleep in between feedings.....

This is where Daddy and Paige slept in the Family Room for part of the night....

Paige is Coming Home!!!

The day after Paige was born

(April 19th), she was seen by the ppediatrician and the pediatrician said she was ready to come home!! Daddy and Mommy were very excited to take her home...

Words can not describe the feelings we have now that Paige has joined our family! We just love her so much!



Paige Elizabeth Daly

Bill and I welcomed our Baby Girl on April 18th. She was born at 6:00 pm. She weighed 6 pounds 13 ounces and was 19 inches long!! Bill and I went into the hospital at 4:00 am to be induced and my contractions were in full gear by 5:45 am! I worked through the contractions until noon and decided to have an epidural. The epidural immediately worked but it made me super tired!!I pretty much slept till it was time to start pushing! However, the epidural gave me the shakes and  made me nauseous. The pitocin was not cooperating with Paige's heart rate either. The nurse landed up taking me off the pitocin. Despite the few hiccups with the epidural and pitocin, the delivery went well and at the end of the day we had the most perfect little girl in the world!!!

Not knowing what we were having made the delivery that much more exciting and memorable!!! Waiting to find out what you have is worth it, despite what others say! Maybe we will do it again when we decide to have another baby.... =0)
